Current Positions
Security Sales – Kansas City, MO

Generate new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and referrals

Conduct thorough security assessments to identify client needs and vulnerabilities

Develop and present customized security solutions and proposals

Build and maintain strong client relationships throughout the sales cycle

Collaborate with our technical team to ensure seamless implementation

Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets

Stay current on industry trends, technologies, and competitive offerings
-
3+ years of proven sales experience in physical security, electronic security systems, or related industries
-
Strong understanding of physical security principles and technologies
-
Excellent communication and presentation skills

Demonstrated ability to build relationships and close complex sales

Seeking a proactive self-starter who takes initiative, can work independently, can also work well with others in a team environment, and drives results with minimal supervision.

Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience

AV Commissioning Technician – KC
Coltrane is looking for a highly motivated and self-driven commissioning technician to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to collaborate with other field technicians to embrace system installation and commissioning procedures.

Responsibilities:
- Review and evaluate project documentation and as-built drawings for system designs
- Ensure that Audio Visual equipment works to its specification
- Investigate short-comings and diagnose system repairs to aid in technical support
- Articulate technical capabilities and provide specialized demonstrations for clients
- Provide documentation for internal Operations and clients
Qualifications:
- Maturity to work with little or no supervision and establish priorities
- Above average planning, organization and time management skills
- Effective communication with all levels of the organization
- Ability to foster a team spirit and cooperative attitude towards coworkers
- Aptitude to deal with difficult customer personalities and situations
Education and Experience:
- Knowledge of commercial low-voltage industry and products
- Strong and professional verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
- Adaptable to change and willingness to travel
- Technical commissioning engineering background, preferred
